Wayne is the owner of VA and spends most of his time running the business having spent 16 years on the tools as a web developer. He was one of the studio founders and continues to drive the team with a hands-on and holistic approach. An experienced web developer, he also moonlights as “manxmachine” – an art project that focuses on working with machines to produce works of art with a more collaborative mindset.
Todd scribbled his way over to VA after working with us as a freelance illustration offsider. With over 10 years experience at local Sunny Coast creative agencies and a slew of freelance work for national and international brands, Todd brings a diverse but specialised skillset to the VA team: with a background in illustration, branding, fine arts, animation and digital content creation.
Polly is a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for turning ideas into visually stunning designs. With experience working with diverse clients on the Sunshine Coast and as a freelancer, Polly brings a unique blend of skills to VA. A Sunshine Coast local, she enjoys surfing and the coastal lifestyle. As a QUT graduate with a bachelor’s degree in design and a minor in animation, Polly excels in branding, web design, and content creation.
With a solid background in graphic and digital design, marketing, and branding, along with a passion for painting and content creation, Erin’s artistic eye and strategic thinking shine through. She’s worked with local, national, and multinational brands, in creative studios throughout Australia and the UK. Erin produces engaging visuals and campaigns that resonate across all platforms. From brushstrokes to brand strategies, Erin’s creativity continues to inspire and captivate.
Eilidh (pronounced Ay-lee) is a graphic designer originally from Scotland, now based on the sunny Sunshine Coast. Previously a teacher, she decided to pursue a long-held dream a few years ago, leading her to study design at Shillington. Eilidh focuses on bringing ideas to life in a thoughtful, creative, and clear manner, enjoying both the problem-solving and visual aspects of design equally. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors, staying active, and making things, and is happiest when she’s out enjoying the sunshine.
Piper joins us as a talented marketing professional with over three years of freelance advertising experience. She has successfully managed campaigns for major clients across the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia. With a strong focus on PPC, her expertise has consistently delivered impactful results. Outside the office, Piper is a killer climber, snowboarder, and mountain adventurer—bringing the same drive and precision to the peaks as she does to every campaign.
