Fine print: If you choose to hire us for future branding or website work, we’ll credit 50% of the cost of The Alignment Advantage toward that project fee. It’s a win-win for your business.

Time commitment:

Let’s face it this might be more of a sticking point than the money.

You don’t want to pay us to tie up days of your valuable time just so we can send you a fancy report that simply tells you what you already told us.
We certainly need your insight and we will get that via set of direct questions but after that, it is up to us to do the work.

We respect your time. We’ll need no more than 3.5 hours in total: ~30 minutes to complete a form before the interview, ~2 hours for the initial workshop, and ~1 hour for the presentation of findings. The process takes about 2 weeks from start to finish.

How it works:

  • Pre-Workshop Questionnaire (30 mins): You’ll complete a simple form with a few key questions to help focus our interview and maximize the effectiveness of our session.
  • Kickoff Workshop/Interview (2 hours): We meet with you and up to 4 of your key people (virtually or in person) to understand your brand’s core vision. We’ll ask about values, goals, your target audience, and your long-term brand vision.
  • Analysis (1 week): We conduct an in-depth analysis of your current brand assets and evaluate how well they align with your internal goals and external perceptions.
  • Presentation of Findings (1 hour): After completing our analysis, we’ll present our findings in a 1-hour session (virtual or in person), including a breakdown of where your brand is thriving and where it needs work with specific focus on the actionable recommendations that you can implement immediately without any outside help.
